Rozalind is a part time employee and holds the role of District Secretary to the Board of Commissioners.
This position involves budgeting, finance managment, auditing, legal compliance, records managment, and addressing the many other administrative needs of the district.
When not in the office she spends her time with her family, running the trails with her dog, and responding as a Volunteer Firefighter/ EMT for KCFD3.
